Box office collection Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan Day 6: Salman Khan’s film experiences a slight decline

By Grace Cyril: Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan is Salman Khan’s first big screen outing in a lead role after four long years! While the opening day did not bring in significant figures (Rs 15 crore), the film grew as the days went by. It is now doing well in cinemas and has the potential to cross the Rs 100 crore mark in India. KKBKKJ, which is billed as a mainstream family artist, is a remake of Ajith’s star Veeram. The film Sud was a box office hit in its time. Released on April 21, KKBKKJ also stars Pooja Hegde in the lead role. The film proved to be a box office magnet. On day 6, he registered a small drop in his collection.

KISI KA BHAI KISI KI JAAN BOX OFFICE COLLECTION

Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan stars Salman Khan and Pooja Hegde in the lead roles. The film was the superstar’s first major theatrical release after Dabangg 3. The film saw a huge increase in its collections over the first weekend. On Wednesday, April 26, however, KKBKKJ experienced a slight dip in theaters. According to trade reports, the film managed to earn Rs 5 crore at the domestic box office. Hence, the total collection would now stand at around Rs 87.15 crore. Meanwhile, KKBKKJ had an overall Hindi occupancy of 9.46% on Wednesday.

Box Office India reported: “Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan lost another leg on Wednesday as it eyes another drop of around 30%. This was likely because collections in some areas were still swollen on Tuesday, but these have It’s basically level playing field except maybe 3-5% of the market which should mean the collections stabilize a bit from here on out and there should be better Thursday’s results in terms of the drop. Falling Wednesday also means the movie will be AVERAGE at best and for that there’s work to be done in the second week.”
