After Helen Flanagan and Dean Gaffney departed on I’m A Celebrity South Africa on Wednesday, the former campmates have a tough decision to make.
With days to go before the finals, the eliminated campmates are brought back to camp to choose who will make it to the finals and who will be eliminated at the final hurdle.
In scenes that will air in Thursday’s episode, tensions rise as they struggle to make a decision that will turn the bottom four into the top three.
Earlier in the episode, the contestants – Myleene Klass, Paul Burrell, Fatima Whitbread, Phil Tufnell, Jordan Banjo and Carol Vorderman – face another tricky survival test.
The stakes are higher than ever, with the two slowest campmates being forced out of the jungle.
Ant and Dec explain “Vile Vineyard” where celebrities will face headholes, dancing barrels, and side barrels to collect keys.

Once they collect their keys, they will head to a fourth section, “The Fish Eye Squeezer”, where they will use their mouths to squeeze the juice from the fish eyes into a wine glass.
Once they reach the green line, the celebrities must drink the contents and the two slowest contestants to do so will leave the camp.
After the trial, there will be just four celebrities left and in I’m A Celebrity style, ITV is bringing the famous Cyclone to South Africa.
With a South African makeover, the remaining celebrities dress up as bush-inspired superheroes as they greet Ant and Dec.
Ant tells them all, “You are about to become the first I’m A Celebrity Legend!”
Dec adds: “Today you hit the jackpot – it’s the South African cyclone!” The object of the game is very simple.
‘You will begin the Trial on the other side of the shore where your stars are positioned. The goal is to get all four stars under the four star markers here on the course.
They are warned: “The elements will be against you, so it will be tough!
The four decide in which order they will go and begin their ascent on the Cyclone course.
