In a dystopian Switzerland fallen under the fascist yoke of an evil tyrant of cheese, Heidi lives a pure and simple life in the Swiss Alps. Grandpa Alpöhi does his best to protect Heidi, but her desire for freedom soon lands her in trouble with the dictator’s henchmen. mad heidi is an action-adventure extravaganza based on the popular children’s book character Heidi and the world’s first Swissploitation film. Heidi’s story has touched the hearts of entire generations around the world. But in the meantime, Heidi has grown up, just like us. She’s not a nice little girl anymore.
